Creating a personal profile with STORE.DACQUASPARTA.IT is easy and free: you simply need to fill in the registration form available in the “Register” page and then click on “New customer”. Once you have completed the registration process you can:

We would like to remind you that you can update your data at any time by accessing the “Login” area, “Profile” section. You can edit all details for your registration.
The products on sale on the D’Acquasparta Store are from two different collections.
The SALES section has all models from the previous Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter collection. The MEN, WOMEN and CHILDREN section has all models for the current Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter collection.

Payment by bank transfer is also accepted. Your item will be sent on receipt of payment.

Pay with PayPal:
You also have the option to pay via PayPal, and can do so, even without creating a PayPal customer account. In order to do this, select PayPal as your preferred payment method during checkout, and at the end of the ordering process you will be directed to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. However if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account’ (highlighted below) and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
Once the incoming payment is registered with us, your order will be delivered. PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes.
If you are paying via PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation which also contains the link to your PayPal payment. If for some reason, the payment process is interrupted, this link offers you the chance to reprocess your payment with PayPal. Please note, however, that after three hours, payment via PayPal is no longer possible.

Delivery costs are shown with the other costs concerning the purchase at the end of the order compilation procedure, before confirmation.

The courier DHL Express will send you an e-mail to advise you of its delivery.
Should the first attempt at delivery be unsuccessful as a result of no-one being available at the delivery address, the courier will generally attempt to contact you before redelivery.

Duties and taxes
EC countries: goods will be sent to the specified location at no extra cost All other countries: the courier may provide you with a separate invoice for local authority duties and taxes. If you live in a non-EEC country, you are advised to enquire about local duties and taxies before placing an order.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
We guarantee a smooth purchasing process to all our website customers. If you are not satisfied with the product received, if the size is incorrect, if there has been an error and the product received is not what you expected, you can return it to us hased on the site store.dacquasparta.it for 2 (two) years from delivery, provided to notified of such defect no later than 2 (two) months from the discovery thereof. Any requests received after such period of time shall be of no effect whatsoever. Without prejudice to the conditions hereunder, the Client shall have the right to obtain a refund for the sum paid for defective articles.
This guarantee – concerning refunds and replacements of products purchased on the Site – shall not be valid in D’Acquasparta shops or other boutiques.
Complete the online return procedure by entering your Account and clicking "Orders". Click the "REQUIRE RETURN" button next to your order code and follow the instructions until your return has been properly registered.
In the Return Form, enter the details of the new product you want to obtain.

The cost of returning the product to our warehouse, either by courier or postal service, is exclusively borne by the customer (Free only Italian territory). The expedition of the new product will be borne by D'Acquasparta. Your new product will be shipped once we receive the original product.
Return
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (see address above), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any shipping costs are not returned.
